Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Faith Haven Daily ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Faith Haven Daily is a mobile spiritual wellness application that provides:

Guided prayer experiences and daily prayers
Bible verse reflection and meditation
Traditional Catholic Rosary guidance
Spiritual support tools and features
Offline access to spiritual content

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Faith Haven Daily only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the App to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Intellectual Property

Faith Haven Daily, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Mark Matute and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

The App includes Bible verses from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. All other content, including prayers, design elements, and app functionality, is the property of the developer.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any locally stored data
Using the App in a manner consistent with its intended spiritual and religious purposes
Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements (iOS 15.1+ or equivalent)
Backing up any important data stored locally in the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

Faith Haven Daily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Any defects or errors will be corrected
The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Matute and Faith Haven Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Religious Content

Faith Haven Daily contains religious and spiritual content, including prayers, Bible verses, and Catholic traditions such as the Rosary. The App is designed for spiritual and religious purposes. The developer respects all faith traditions and provides this content for educational and spiritual enrichment purposes.

Modifications to the App

Termination
